way (preposition)
"Way" in this sense means "far," as in "way beyond/far beyond." It does NOT mean "very." Therefore, idiocies like "way cool" are wrong, though probably not so much piracies as just illiteracy. Using "way" as a substitute for "far" allows the following usages... way out way over way above ...but NOT anything like: way high way fast way chic
