Neither is a word but they're worth mentioning here. Both are grunts that are being used as if they are speech. Intelligent, informed, otherwise coherent speakers are more and more often filling their speech with this garbage. It slows down the transfer of information and insults the listeners by forcing them to listen to grunting while they try to obtain information.
