just great
it really means that something is acceptable to the point where it surpasses expectations in a positive way. Now it has been bastardized to mean that something is not even close to being satifactory. in fact, afficianados of this term use it to exclaim that something is horribly wrong and offensive to the point of requiring apology! grrr!
