Used (mostly by women) to mean that they have no idea what you're talking about, have no idea why one would do such a thing, they think you have 3 or 4 heads, they themselves would rather be anally violated by Willard Scott in the original Ronald McDonald suit than do what you just said you were going to do, I wondery why anyone is friends with you?, what kind of a person does that?, etc. Note: Usually preceded by, mmmmmmmmmmm.
