This has gotta be one of the worst! There's nothing "courteous" about an unsolicited interruption in your private or business life. ESPECIALLY if it's a RECORDING saying "Your call/time/opinion/etc. is very important to us." (But since all of our operators are busy interrupting other people, please hold ....)
